Cancellation Policy

📋 Cancellation Policy – PI House

At **Maison PI**, we understand that plans can change. That's why we apply a clear, fair cancellation policy aligned with short-term rental industry standards.

Cancellation policy for short stays:

- Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival.

- Partial refund (50% of the total amount) between D-14 and D-7.

- No refund if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy for long stays

- Full refund only if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival.

- No refunds will be issued after this period.

⚠ General Terms and Conditions

- The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment method used.

- Service fees (cleaning fees, tourist taxes, etc.) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

- In the event of force majeure or administrative closure (e.g., lockdown), a cancellation without charge may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
